Situation

CBS Business Relations builds new, and strengthens existing, bridges between the business community and CBS. The department wanted a format that could make the ongoing PR work more strategically grounded and more effective.

Solution

In order to develop a formalised structure for how relevant stories are spotted and communicated, a storybook was created. It functions as the pulse and backbone of the content work, ensuring progress in the PR work via continuous updates.

Results

A storybook that represents a fixed format and a number of concrete basic stories that can form a starting point for the communication work going forward. The basic stories are grounded in CBS Business Relations’ strategy and basic narrative. The basic narrative is operationalized within three strategic themes, which structure the development of basic stories and the ongoing Agenda Setting across arenas and channels.

Therefore, CBS Business Relations is a strong link between the students and the business community, when they help to ensure that education and research at CBS constantly develops, taking into account the needs and processes of the business community.
