Situation

Færchfonden is a commercial foundation that invests in and supports Northwest Jutland’s enterprise, growth and attractiveness. The Fund experienced a sharpened focus on their business activities, and wanted to clarify their position, strengthen their narrative and put Northwest Jutland on the map as a business partner.

Solution

The communication strategy – ‘Clarity about what we do’ was developed with tactical approaches as to how the Fund should be positioned in the future in order to increase awareness. The strategy clarified the Fund’s brand strengths and market position as a professional co-developer of Northwest Jutland.

Results

The initiative established a binding ownership for the Fund’s direction and achieved a common understanding of the strategic scope. It gave the Fund ‘fullness’ and relevance and built the Fund’s legitimacy nationally.

Færchfonden is a commercial fund that was founded in 1984 by Kirsten and Jørgen Færch. Færchfonden invests in and supports Northwest Jutland’s enterprise, growth and attractiveness, where they work purposefully with projects within entrepreneurship, business, culture and education.
