The Department of Anaesthesiology at Herlev Hospital is a highly specialised department that is involved in the process from emergency treatment before admission and all the way to resuscitation. The solution consisted of the development and activation of a basic narrative for the Department of Anaesthesiology.

The basic narrative for the Anaesthesiology Department will form the framework for the department’s management and work processes in the future and thus contribute to even better experiences for employees, patients and relatives. The basic narrative was activated by department managers in a value process that defined four clear values.
