Inpay aimed to be a strong and relevant partner for NGOs involved in cross-border money transfers to hard-to-reach places. Inpay simplifies complex international money transfers, making them faster and ensuring full transparency in terms of costs through account-to-account solutions. This can help address challenges faced by NGOs, such as slow, unreliable, and costly international money transfers for emergency aid.

Substantia has assisted Inpay in demonstrating to partners, decision-makers, employees, and potential clients how Inpay’s solutions can help overcome the challenges faced by NGOs, creating value beyond just commercial interests. To support this effort, Substantia, in collaboration with Inpay, conducted a pilot project. The project included mapping key stakeholders and cultivating contacts within the NGO sector. Additionally, Substantia assisted in developing PR activities that supported the narrative.

Inpay has strengthened its position as a strong and relevant partner for NGOs and established new collaborations with NGOs, enabling the transfer of funds for emergency aid to reach more countries. The effort played a significant role in establishing a partnership with the Red Cross in Denmark. This collaboration means that The Red Cross can transfer funds abroad much faster and at significantly lower costs.
