Jeudan

Jeudan invests in and manages large office, residential, and retail properties in Copenhagen. As one of Denmark’s largest property management companies in the capital, offering a wide range of property-related consulting, service, and construction services, there comes a significant responsibility. Jeudan recognized the need to articulate the company’s ambitions for their sustainability strategy, where a substantial three-digit million amount was earmarked to advance the company’s social responsibility.

In collaboration with Jeudan, Substantia has developed a plan for activating Jeudan’s responsibility report—through their own channels, internally, and in the press. The particular focus of media and press handling was Jeudan’s desire to contribute to developing a capital with life, vibrancy, and progress—while maintaining a proper and well-maintained appearance.

The communication effort has ensured transparency and highlighted the responsibility and opportunities that can create a long-term sustainable business for the benefit of customers, employees, and owners—and ultimately for the entire society.
