Kaktus Towers

With pointed facades and characteristic contours, the Kaktus Towers have become part of Copenhagen’s skyline. Leading up to the launch, there was a need for a clear narrative and communication about the project.

In short

Situation

With pointed facades and characteristic contours, the Kaktus Towers have become part of Copenhagen’s skyline. Like the desert plant that inspired the name, Kaktus Towers are a unique example of effective design and simple, functional style, transforming the once sterile urban desert, Kalvebod Brygge, into a green and welcoming community and gathering point. Behind the construction is the company Catella, which has invested in the project, designed by Bjarke Ingels Group. Leading up to the launch, there was a need for a clear narrative and communication about the project.

Solution

The Kaktus Towers were given a strong narrative, a website and a communication plan, which should set the direction for the communication around the launch.

Results

The result consisted of a narrative and continuous communication about the project, which creates both internal and external recognition. This narrative has been translated into a website that can be used to design an apartment and for commercial purposes.

Description

Kaktus Towers are exclusive rental properties, designed by award-winning architects and located in the middle of Copenhagen close to vibrant neighbourhoods such as Vesterbro, Kødbyen and Islands Brygge. The advantages of smart living are many. In addition to the obvious sustainable way of life, where the consumption of water and heat is cut to a minimum in your apartment, there is easy access to a wide range of facilities such as a gym, café area, laundry, work lounges, meeting rooms, events and large lounge areas.
