In short
Kalundborg Municipality publishes a development strategy for the municipality every four years. In this context, the municipality wanted to hold a roundtable meeting for the executive management and a number of relevant partners, including companies, educational institutions, interest organizations, and others. The aim was to gather inspiration and ensure a strong administrative foundation for the upcoming strategy development process.
Substantia’s task was to provide consultancy support within strategy development and facilitate the roundtable meeting to ensure maximum utilization of the participants’ knowledge and insights.
The result was a successful event with participants from the local business community and engaged citizens, whose input contributed significantly to the ongoing strategy process.
