OUH – Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Unit V

Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Unit V sees the need for a new strategy that can help set the course for the unit when the entire hospital moves to a new location. With the strategy, Unit V wants to describe the journey towards 2025 – as an active part of the ‘NYT OUH’ (New Odense University Hospital). It is also the promise to the patients that it will be the patient’s university hospital.

Odense University Hospital has developed a new strategy that sets the overall course for the unit in regard to moving to the new superhospital ‘NYT OUH’ in 2022.

With the strategy ‘The whole patient’, a starting point has been created for Unit V’s future work. The strategy consists of a number of sub-components, which together outline the strategic journey towards 2025. They include the vision, strategic goals, initiatives and activities, building blocks and promises as well as a plan for the launch and implementation.
