Slagelse Business Center

Slagelse Business Center and Business Council have embarked on an ambitious process to create a long-term vision for the business community in Slagelse Municipality, known as “Business Vision 2030.” The vision aims to ensure development and unity throughout Slagelse Municipality. It is being developed through an inclusive effort involving both public and private business stakeholders. Substantia has assisted in creating a robust process around the business vision by continually involving stakeholders and implementing communication and PR strategies. The initial work and inclusive process concluded at a major business conference in April 2022, where the framework for the vision was presented.

Substantia helped Slagelse Business Center engage the right stakeholders, develop communication plans, provide strategic communication advice, and create a framework for the business vision. Additionally, Substantia assisted in developing the program for the large business conference in April 2022, ensuring an engaging and productive program.

Through ongoing involvement of business professionals from Slagelse Municipality in the form of workshops and communication about the vision work, Substantia ensured the best conditions for the vision’s success. All key stakeholders were involved in the process, and the conference was structured around inclusive initiatives and group work. The ongoing communication effort contributed to raising awareness of the business vision.
