Tekniq Arbejdsgiverne

TEKNIQ Arbejdsgiverne is Denmark’s third largest employer and business organisation with just over 55,000 employees within the construction and installation industry. In order to increase its impact, identify alliance opportunities and prioritize its protection of interests, the organisation needed to know its space of opportunity better.

TEKNIQ had a stakeholder analysis carried out as part of realizing the organisation’s full potential. The purpose is to lay the stepping stones for a new strategic direction that facilitates greater influence on Christiansborg and, if necessary, greater knowledge of the business organisation.

With the stakeholder analysis in hand, TEKNIQ gets a new tool to strengthen, target and streamline its work with protection of interests, relations and communication.
