The Danish Property Federation

Through a new communication strategy, the Danish Property Federation can now take the lead as a co-developer of sustainable and attractive housing, workplaces and urban spaces.

In short

Situation

The Danish Property Federation is a Danish, modern business organisation for property owners, landlords and property administrators. With a changing world, four megatrends in particular play a significant role in the property market; Globalisation and capital movements, environment and climate, urbanisation and insight/knowledge. This increases the demands on the providers, and the Danish Property Federation saw a need to clarify and strengthen the Federation’s competences.

Solution

The Danish Property Federation formulated a communication strategy that professionalises the business organisation’s communication and competences, thus ensuring socially relevant content within the four megatrends.

Results

The professionalisation meant that the Danish Property Federation is today at the forefront as a modern and open business organisation. Both on behalf of the members and in the development of sustainable and attractive homes, workplaces and urban spaces.
