Frank Laybourn is Public Affairs director at Substantia. With more than 20 years of experience in the public and private sector, Frank has extensive experience with public affairs, communication and agenda setting in both Denmark, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Frank is former Director of Communications at GlaxoSmithKline, Deputy Director at the Danish Broadcasting Corporation and Public Affairs Director at various agencies.

Frank Laybourn has a master’s degree in political science from the University of Copenhagen.

Frank has extensive experience with stakeholder analysis and management, and he has worked on projects for financial institutions as well as public organizations and private companies in Denmark, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
