Peter Goll

Peter Goll is Managing Director & Partner at Substantia. Peter has 20 years of experience as a leader with commercial responsibility and 25 years of experience as a communications advisor, including roles such as Communications Director at Copenhagen Airport. He has worked as an advisor for a wide range of companies, specializing in corporate communication, Public Affairs, crisis management, digital communication, PR, and positioning. Peter is an experienced crisis advisor who has handled major crisis cases for several leading Danish and international companies across various sectors.

Peter has worked for international energy companies and has been involved in green transformation – both as a consultant and as a director responsible for ESG, Regulatory Affairs, corporate, and internal communication at Copenhagen Airport. Additionally, Peter Goll has served as a special advisor to Minister of Justice Morten Bødskov during the EU presidency.

Peter Goll holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and has a diploma in managing professional service firms from Harvard Business School.
