Our services operate within three spheres: corporate communication, branding and positioning, and campaigns, where we develop in-depth strategies, analyses, public affairs efforts, and work with transformation processes and crisis communication, focusing on advancing business goals and providing solutions to specific challenges.

Substantia is a part of FIPRA, an international network of independent firms that collaboratively address Public Affairs tasks on an international scale.
Furthermore, we have a close Nordic agency partnership with our Swedish partner, Hallvarsson & Halvarson, located in Stockholm, and our Norwegian partner First House in Oslo, which both are a part of our international network. Together we handle Nordic Public Affairs and PR assignments for our clients.

We work in teams and with a dedication to clear processes that strengthen our deliveries, guide the customer safely, and ensure crucial results.
At Substantia, you’ll have the opportunity to tackle substantial projects from the start – always with a team behind you. We offer training programs and joint training sessions. And we’re a community with plenty of social activities. We’re not overly concerned about your education, but you have one, preferably from a university or higher education institution.
