Atrium

Atrium is part of the Lif Group and has been offering competence development and networking opportunities to professionals in the life science sector for 50 years. In recent years, Atrium has undergone a significant transformation as a training and networking provider – and the next step in this transformation is to secure Atrium’s position as a leading provider of life science training offerings and networks. This is aimed at achieving a stronger position and role in the market and among competitors.

The approach to this work initially involved defining Atrium’s changed position and role, with a focus on making the company stand out in the market and ensuring growth. Additionally, Substantia assisted in the development of a revised purpose, including a socially relevant perspective: that by continuing education, individuals are contributing to the future of healthcare. Furthermore, the project included a strengthened brand platform with a new, tailored customer journey and signature actions.

Atrium has achieved a more distinct role and position with differentiation from competitors and a new purpose that allows Atrium to naturally contribute to societal debates. Substantia developed concrete tools and action plans to ensure implementation both externally and internally.
